  Yutian Xindecheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd(XDC) is a professional manufacturer of digital printings finishing machines in China who focus on production and supply of Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Cold Foil, Roller UV Coating Machine, Automatic Die Cutting and Hot Stamping Machine.

Yutian Xindecheng printing Machinery Co., Ltd(XDC) starts its developing and manufacturing from March 2000 and with 16years of manufacturing experiences in printings finishing machines, we provide solutions for customers to meet different finishing job requirement.

Yutian Xindecheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd(XDC) has very strong supply-chain management system that will ensure of he products quality and production lead-time. We also built very good and long business cooperation with many Chinese companies and government business department; and from 2004, we start to export to overseas market. We have gained a very good name of modern design, high quality, stable performance, and good service from both domestic and abroad market. We have exported to more than forty countries including North America, Europe Union, Southeast Asia, Russia etc.

With very strict quality control system and widely known brand, Xindecheng has won many honors such as “Technology Medium and Small Enterprise” by Hebei Province on 5th Sep. 2015, “Top Ten Technology Creative Enterprise” by Tangshan City in 2016, “High and New Tech Industry Member” by Hebei High and New Tech Industry Institute In Jan. 2016, “Creative Enterprise” by Department of Science and Technology Hebei Province and Hebei Association of Industry and Commerce in Nov. 2016, “High and New Tech Enterprise” by Department of Science and Technology Hebei in Jul. 2017.

At the same time, we have applied one invention patent, six utility models of patent, one design patent, and five software copyright.

Company History

• April 1999: Xindecheng set up the R&D team
• March 2000: Xindecheng started production of paper stripping machine and applying patent for it
• August 2000: Xindecheng designed and developed UV/Primer coating machine
• May 2002: Yutian Xindecheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd was openly and officially established
• 2004: Xindecheng designed and developed YT-580PC high speed paperboard pasting machine in July and exported the first rotary die cutting machine to Indonesia in December, starting the exporting business
• 2005: Xindecheng won the tender of Chinese Ministry of Public Security together with Beijing Syntax for second generation ID making; Xindecheng is official supplier of primer coating machine working with Indigo Press.
• March 2006: New plant with 10,000 square meter was built and the production was taken in the morden workshop
• July 2006: Xindecheng designed and developed Laser Transfer Spot UV Coating Machine.
• Otctober 2006: Xindecheng awarded “Known Brand” from Yutian County government
• December 2006: Xindecheng’s exporting of UV coating machine to Russia reached 50 pieces
• 2007: New machining workshop was built for better quality control and manufacture
• 2008: In order to meet Chinese government requirement for medecine track and trace, Xindecheng started to develope Barcode Inkjet UV Printer
• 2009: Xindecheng export business reached USD1.5 Million
• 2010: Xindecheng updated the plant, and improved the workshop management system
• 2011: Xindecheng designed and developed Multi-functional Slitter/Creaser/Cutter/Die cutter machine.
• 2016: Xindecheng started to design develope Inkjet Spot UV coater
• February 2017:　Exporting branch, Wuxi Newbinder Technology Co., Ltd was established, who was in charge of marketing and exporting business.
• May 2017:　Xindecheng demonstrated the first inkjet Spot UV Coater with Cold Foil JetTouch B2 in China Print in Beijing, as the first manufacturer of digital spot UV coater made in China
• October 2017:　 Xindecheng awarded as “High and New Tech Enterprises”
• March 2018: Xindecheng demonstraded the updated and improved model of Inkjet Spot UV coater with Cold Foil machine JetTouch A3+ in Printing South China in Guangzhou
• November 2018: South China branch, Dongguan Huiheng Smart Print Equipment Co., Ltd was established.

With 20 years of manufacturing and developing postpress machines and 15 years of focusing on designing and producing UV coating machines, as professional UV coating machines manufacturer with factory direct selling price, Yutian Xindecheng Printing Machinery Co., Ltd(XDC) can provide full solution of UV Coating & Curing systems, from very small size to large format, from sheet to web, from mercury UV to LED UV, from flood UV coating to Inkjet Spot UV coating. And we also provide other options like air knife, corona treatment, anilox roller, textured pattern roller, sleeve roller etc.

Our flat UV coating machine has UV and IR lamps so it can do UV coating, aqueous coating and primer coating.
Our small size flood UV & aqueous coating machine will do glossy or matte finish to both offset printing and digital printings.
Our large format UV coater machines can be used for kt board, banners, signs etc.
Our LED UV coater has cold UV curing solution and low power consumption which is friendly to environment.
Our air knife can be used for thin paper UV coater machine.
Our corona treatment can be used for plastic sheet and roll surface treating for primer coating and printing.
Our inkjet varnish spot UV coater apply UV varnish on certain area by inkjet heads which can bring shining and tactile effect to the printings. With cold foil station, we can do foil stamping digitally.
Our web UV coater has cold UV curing solution with shutter and quartz glass specially designed for web paper and labels.
Our coating system with anilox roller and chamber doctor blade will bring precise coating to each page in high speed coating way.
Our textured pattern roller UV coaters will bring special embossering effect to the coated paper.
